Cancellation Policy
- With any refund/cancellation 10% will be deducted for bank charges.
- No refunds will be given for any effects of load shedding or power interruptions by Eskom.
- In the event of premature departure, we may charge for the full original booking.
- Bookings cancelled between 0 and 14 days of arrival, as well as no shows, will attract a 100% cancellation fee.
- Bookings cancelled between 15 and 28 days of arrival will attract a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation 28+ days before date of arrival will attract a 25% cancellation fee.
- Payments for bookings originating from Travel Agents or Tour Operators must appear as “cleared” on the Lodge’s bank statement at least 3 days prior to the arrival of the guest.
- For any covid related travel restrictions our standard cancellation policy applies or should you wish to postpone your booking until the travel restrictions have been lifted. We will hold your full deposit for a future booking. Alternatively, should the lodge be able to fill part or all of your booking we will refund you pro-rata.
